27-04-2024 t/m 04-05-2024: I should actually write a description of the week of fishing at Carpasens Koi Park in April, but we won't be able to catch the first carp until May 1st. The reason why we didn't catch anything in the first few days is probably due to the air pressure. Okay, we made some adjustments after these days, but nothing that can really explain why we suddenly started getting bites. Ultimately we managed to catch 5 carp, 2 of which were koi carp. This lake is definitely recommended for families.
The surroundings were also very beautiful.
Besides the carp, my children also managed to catch a number of Pumpkinseed.
07-05-2024: My eldest son had never caught a tench before. That's why we went fishing together in a lake near Nootdorp. This lake is known for its tench stock.
19-05-2024: Today my son managed to catch 5 nice carp with corn. Unfortunately, the counter remained at zero for me.
21-05-2024: Today my daughter went fishing with me for an hour. Unfortunately, the carp were already in the spawn so they had little interest in the corn. But in the end she managed to catch 1.
25-05-2024: Six months ago I bought 2 belly boats, but today was the first day we did some serious fishing with them. And let's just say we still have a lot to learn. Nevertheless, my eldest son managed to catch a nice pike.
27-05-2025: These days there is a low pressure area above the Netherlands. That's why all predatory fish go wild. A few hours of fishing with my youngest son resulted in a nice perch, a small pike and two pike-perch. In addition, we also lost 2 pike.
28-05-2024: Last evening the fishing went beyond expectations, and also today there was a lot of action. Unfortunately no pike-perch. But with 5 pike and 2 beautiful perch it was a very nice morning.
