03-07-2021: July started well with a nice day fishing at the Nieuwkoopse Plassen. No big fish but with 54 roaches and 3 breams we had another great day! For 23 euro you can rent a rowing boat including two day permits. You can then have a fun day of fishing from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
17-07-2021: Actually it was a disappointing day with only 1 carp but with finally nice weather we still enjoyed it.
17-07-2021: Once a week I do my regular round of pike fishing in the polder behind my house. I continue be amazed at how many pike are swimming around here. I'm sure I've never caught this pike in all these years.
