01-09-2018: Today I went fishing with my eldest son in sturgeon pond the ruigenhoek in Utrecht. Totally we managed to catch 14 sturgeons.
02-09-2018: What a day ....... Total fished 11 hours. Two carp were lost but eventually i caught a carp. Unbelievable how many carp there were swimming in a pond between the highway and the exit delft center.
06-09-2018: An hour of fishing for perch yielded 5 perch and 1 perch managed to escape. Also a small pike was too smart for me.
09-09-2018: Except for a bream, we did not catch any fish on the carp rods. With a fixed rod the catches were better and there came 164 roach, 21 breams and 9 perch above water.
11-09-2018: Today the kids were free from school and my eldest son went fishing again in the same spot where we fished on Saturday. Even today the catches were good and he managed to catch 302 roach, 3 perch and 2 bream.
12-09-2018: While I was working "hard" today, my son went fishing again in the same place as yesterday. Today, he has again caught nice, because there came, 55 roach, 19 breams and 3 perch. The roach seem to grow 5cm by the day.
21-09 till 23-09-2018: Last weekend we went to bosbad Hoeven, a holiday park with a fish pond. Probably because of the bad weather, other fishermen failed, so we had the whole pond for ourselves. Eventually, 9 carp were caught. Unfortunately, the beak of most fish were damaged.
